1. Nature of our service
Spardha Kirana provides digital access to exam-preparation content including notes, question papers, daily current-affairs analysis, MCQ practice, and free news. Paid plans unlock digital content inside the app for a fixed duration.
2. One-time plans, no auto-renewal
Every paid plan is a one-time payment for a selected duration such as 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. We do not auto-renew subscriptions and we do not charge you again unless you choose to buy or renew a plan.
3. Cancellation after payment
Because paid content becomes available immediately after successful payment, cancellation is generally not available once a subscription has been activated or used to access paid PDFs. You can continue using the plan until its expiry date.
4. Refunds we may approve
We may approve a refund after verification in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same plan and account.
- Payment deducted but subscription access was not activated.
- Wrong plan activated because of a technical issue on our side.
- Any other billing error confirmed by Razorpay or our support team.
5. Non-refundable cases
- Subscriptions already used to open or view paid content.
- Requests made only because the user changed their mind after activation.
- Requests caused by not checking the plan, section, or duration before payment.
- Accounts involved in sharing, reselling, recording, or redistributing protected content.
6. Refund request window
Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment. Please include your registered phone number or email, payment date, payment amount, selected plan, and Razorpay payment ID or order ID if available.
7. Refund processing timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through Razorpay or the relevant payment provider to the original payment method. Bank, UPI, card, or wallet settlement timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Failed or pending payments
If payment is shown as failed or pending but money has been debited, please wait for the payment provider's confirmation and contact us with the payment details. After verification, we will either activate the correct subscription or guide you on the refund status.
9. Free previews
News is available for free, and selected notes, question papers, or current-affairs items may be available as free previews. Paid subscriptions are intended for access beyond these free previews.
